Below are the four By-law changes that were approved by the Board at the April 24 Board Meeting and which will be voted on by Membership at the picnic on May 8 2025

1. Article I – Name, Purpose, Fiscal Year C.

The fiscal year shall run from May 1 through April 30.

2. Article III – Membership D. Application and Approval of Members

(pg. 84)

Applicants shall be sponsored by one Active member with at least one (1)

year of service and the sponsor shall have known the applicant for at least

1 year.

3. Article IV Dues B. (pg. 84)

Dues for all classes of membership for the next membership year are due

on or before the regular May meeting.

4. Article IV Dues E. (pg. 84)

If dues (this applies to all classes of membership) remain unpaid on

June1st , the member shall be notified in writing
