Annual Fundraising Events

In addition to the Annual Garden Walk and Bake Sale, look for special events held from time to time at the cabin venue.

Garden Walk

Since 2006, Cassina Garden Club has hosted a tour of usually 7 private gardens in St. Simons and some years, Sea Island, for the public viewing. This event has evolved into a much loved annual event for visitors and residents alike.

The public, for a small fee, views a variety of gardens some planted and tended by the owners and others initiated by professional designers.

The ticket covers the tours of gardens, a marketplace with local vendors, a garden party and entertainment at the cabins during the garden walk. The cabins are also open for tours during Garden Walk. This is the main fundraiser for Cassina to secure funds to cover the cost of maintenance and upkeep of the cabins and gardens.
